SWA Annual General Meeting

This year's Sealant and Waterproofing Association annual general meeting was held on Friday, November 5, 2010 at the Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls. Those who registered to attend arrived on Thursday afternoon and attended a "meet and greet" in the hotel, followed by a group dinner at The Keg. Thanks are extended to this year's sponsors:

The annual general meeting was held on Friday, November 5. Enzo Garritano, Manager Technical Services with the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association, provided an update on Industry Safety Standards.

Following the presentation, SWA President Paul Hanratty chaired the meeting. He thanked his fellow board members for their continued support and looked forward to working with them during their second term of office. He further reported that the SWA had a financially successful 2009/2010 with their schedule of events:

Ski Day - February 19, 2010- 37persons attended
HST Seminar - April 28, 2010 - 50 persons attended
Golf Tournament - July 8, 2010 - 129 persons attended
Fishing Derby - July 29, 2010 - 38 persons attended
Product Expo - September 24, 2010 - 50 persons attended
